Listen
Sam, your technician wants to hear your concerns, learn about your riding habits, and understand your goals. This helps him tailor his support so you get the most out of your bike.
Inspect
Sam will place your bike on the stand and carry out a thorough professional inspection. Throughout the process, Sam will explain what he observes and address any concerns you may have. With a keen eye for detail, Sam listens carefully—to you and to your bike—and shares his expert feedback.
Recommend
From there, he'll discuss how he can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments or replacement parts. He’ll also create an itemised receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before he get's to work.
Get to fixin’
At this stage, there are two options depending on the size of the job: Sam will either fix it on the spot or you can leave your bike with him to complete the work. Once your repairs are finished, you’ll receive an email and/or text, and Sam will call if anything unexpected comes up. If the turnaround time exceeds 24 hours due to parts availability or unforeseen issues, Sam will let you know straight away.
